This application has been developed for an academic research study examining the influence of randomly timed daily messages on participants' motivation to enhance physical activity levels. Its primary function is to deliver motivational messages at unpredictable times each day to encourage increased physical activity.

Upon initial launch, users are prompted to log in using a username provided by the research team. After logging in, users are required to complete the following setup steps:
<ul>
<li>Allow notifications: Select "Allow" to enable message alerts.</li>
<li>Always allow location access: Select "Always Allow" to permit the app to access location data as needed.</li>
</ul>

Starting from the next day, participants will begin receiving randomly scheduled motivational messages.

The application's main interface features a home screen that displays received messages. It does not offer additional user functionalities beyond message reception.
